Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the helmet must be in the same condition you received it, unworn on the road, with all original packaging, bags, visors and accessories included.

Many of our helmets are rare and collectible. Please review every photo and description carefully before you buy, and reach out with any questions first. We're happy to send more photos.

How to start a return

Email us at TheRepublicRider@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. Please ship returns fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours if anything arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
